Recovered Covid-19 patients can enter Poland without quarantine or testing

According to the regulation of the Council of Ministers of March 10, people who have undergone documented isolation or hospitalization due to infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus are now exempt from the obligation to quarantine after returning to Poland and to show a negative COVID-19 test result.

So far only people who have been issued a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 or people with a negative result of the diagnostic test for SARS-CoV-2, performed before crossing the border within 48 hours, counting from the result of this test. Now it has changed.

The exact wording of the relevant point of the said Regulation:

2) in § 3: a) in sec. 2 in point 18, the full stop is replaced by a semicolon and the following point 19 is added: „19) by persons who have completed home isolation, isolation or hospitalization due to SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, not later than 6 months before the date of exceeding the border of the Republic of Poland. ”, b) in sec. 3 in point 8, the full stop is replaced with a semicolon and the following point 9 is added: „9) point 19 – are obliged to document to a Border Guard officer being isolated, isolated at home or hospitalized due to SARS-CoV-2 virus infection.”
